Parts/Service sold by Tech Castle:
Tech Castle fully warrants the parts we sell and use during the repair of your system for a period of 30 days. Repairs or replacement of such parts after 30 days will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty if applicable.
Sample Product 7 Day Warranty:
Tech Castle warrants the hardware for a period of 7 Day from the date of purchase. Tech Castle will repair or replace any defective parts on the hardware we manufacture for 7 days from the original date of purchase at no cost to the customer. This warranty does not include accidental damage from handling, viruses and malware, or any other user-inflicted damages not listed here. Tech Castle reserves the right to refuse warranty service if we determine the damage or issue was user-inflicted.
Systems Built and/or Refurbished by Tech Castle:
Tech Castle warrants the parts and hardware repair labor of all systems we build and/or refurbish for the period of 1 year. Tech Castle will repair or replace any defective parts on any machine we manufacture for one year from the original date of purchase at no cost to the customer.
Limited lifetime warranty for iPhone/iPad display repairs:
This warranty covers defects in manufacturing and installation for the lifetime of your ownership of the device starting on the date of purchase of the display. This warranty DOES NOT cover unauthorized modifications, damage from self-service or other service providers, cracks, drops, spills, water damage, or other intentional or accidental damages. Tech Castle reserves the right to refuse warranty service if our technicians determine the issues with your display arose from one or a combination of the aforementioned factors. If we determine that your display will not be covered under warranty, you will pay our standard retail pricing on the display replacement. Tech Castle warranties are tracked on an individual basis through your Tech Castle Customer Account, and therefore are non-transferrable and coverage ceases if you are no longer the owner of the device.
