Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update / Closure

Tech Castle Patrons,

It is with a heavy heart that Tech Castle announces our store’s temporary closure effective Tuesday, March 24th, 2020 until further notice. This action is in accordance with a statewide mandate instituted by Governor Andy Beshear to combat the COVID-19 outbreak. 

We understand the inconvenience that this causes to our customers, and will be working diligently throughout the day to ensure all customers with currently open repair or diagnostic service orders will be contacted by 12PM today to allow them to collect their possessions prior to closure.

Unfortunately, our store’s closure also means the official end of our CEO’s computer giveaway for needy families in the Greater Cincinnati area. As part of this program, Tech Castle has donated more than 40 free laptops to needy families in Northern Kentucky. We will be working diligently to find alternative delivery methods for those who have requested but not yet received their machines.. 

If you’re needing to purchase a laptop or desktop computer, please browse inventory with one of our partner companies on Amazon using the links below. If you see something you wish to purchase, please email a link of the product to a member of management. We have the ability to accept credit card payment over the phone and may be able to get your order shipped sooner due to the backlog of orders currently on these sites.
